Born in 1956 in Little Rock, Deering has been drawing since his childhood fascination with science fiction and dinosaurs -- subjects he made into comic books. After studying art with Truman Alston, Deering focused on commercial and fine art at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Along the way, he found his strength in interlocking art with comment

Yes she was. Too bad Congress wasn’t ready with that 300million dollar request from the state department to improve security at consulates and embassies world wide….which still hasn’t been approved…but the blame game is fully underway.

Yeah and the r/w are blaming President Obama. Typical.

Does John Deering really understand so little how our government works. The embassy assasination is a State Department issue. In the chain of command in the Executive Branch, this was Secretary Clinton’s area of responsibility.

Errr… Yes, but… The thing is, in the end
it’s always the President who gets the blame,
and even more so in an election year. To
deflect that blame he would have to pass
“the buck” back to Hillary, which would be
seen as very bad form. And then there are
two different criticisms. Number one is about
the security which may or may not be
related to the gutting of State’s budget by
Congress. The other one is the messing up
of what actually happened that day (no mob,
real terror attack). The President and all
his people were a bit to cautious on this one,
but declaring a successful terror-attack on
9/11 would have been a major
embarrassment, so I can understand their
thinking. But that doesn’t help the fact that
it happened. Can you remember the near
state of panic on 9/11/02, 9/11/03 and so on?
The U.S. has become complacent on this
very date, despite it’s symbolism for their
enemies…

And she works for Obama, he’s her boss. Most people do what the boss tells them to do. Sure starting to get crowded under that bus. Only thing Obama has taken responsibility for is the offing of OBL, which any American would have given the go ahead for. No credit given for the 10 years of intelligence work that made it possible.

Obama’s mantra is “The buck passes through here where I deduct a percentage to pass to others and let the agencies under me have the rest”.

Interesting, But did not Biden tell us he was going on what the intelligence told him and Obama? That would mean it took Obama 2 weeks to read his daily security briefings. And of last night still has not filled Biden in on all that they had found out. At least that is what I understood from the laughing fool.
But hey at least Obama made sure his green agenda was upheld.

Oh, heck; had Clinton been elected over Obama in 2008, the conservatives would have been ripping on her as much as they rip on Obama now. It’s all got NOTHING to do with their performance on the job and EVERYTHING to do with which side they’re on.

" Clinton been elected over Obama in 2008, the conservatives would have been ripping on her as much as they rip on Obama now."
Are you saying Clinton would have stood in front of the UN and mentioned a YouTube Video 8 times? I think not.
I can not stand either one but Clinton is more of a straight shooter and more subtle in her political maneuvers( which in reality makes her more dangerous). Obama is just doing what he has done since day one, blame someone else.

That was the beauty of the 08 campaign.
There were only three ways it could end: a)
a black president b) a female president or
c) a president from the same party as GWB.
Since c) could be safely ignored I had month
of fun imagining the panic in the GOP. Even
the movie “Game Change” doesn’t really give
Sarah Palin enough credit. Morning after
morning I would check out Keith and Rachel
and the unbelievable things the She-Wolf had
done the previous day. Ahh… Happy times…

All the critics should experience an attack by mortars and RPGs in what is just A HOUSE! It was NOT an “embassy”, and LIbya is STILL a war zone. Errors made? Yup, but the staff knew the potential danger, and chose to be there. “Monday morning quarterbacking” is now only exposing more details of our security operations that SHOULD NOT BE MADE PUBLIC!
