Given the actions of most of the Senate, most of them have mental health issues.

There was no wiretapping. Conversation was taped from the hallway.

Scott only knows what he hears from the right-wing media machine, you must make allowances for that.

Like how Obama didn’t really mean to be heard saying how certain people will cling to their guns and religion when he said it behind closed doors, huh?

    Consider this information…..please.

    http://definitions.uslegal.com/e/eavesdropping/

from which we have these quotes:

“The crime of eavesdropping means to overhear, record, amplify or transmit any part of the private communication of others without the consent of at least one of the persons engaged in the communication, except as otherwise provided by law.”

The exception would include a wiretap with a warrant …. which they did not have.

" A person commits the crime of criminal eavesdropping if he intentionally uses any device to eavesdrop, whether or not he is present at the time."

    Plus you have this:

    Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,

So YOUR boy was caught being a criminal and deserves to be prosecuted. You should admit that fact unless you want to admit you are a “contemptible excuses for human beings devoid of morals, values and principles and support him.”

He said that in the context of trying to reach out to those who wouldn’t vote for him. Romney’s “47%” remark was how it’s not his job to care about them. Obama’s was well-intentioned, Romney’s and McConnell’s were spiteful.

Violence is the problem. We export it and wonder why it comes back to us. The drones are coming home to roost.

    Dude, so intense.

McC got “caught” ? This “scumbag”? Reprehensible comments?

    WTF are you talking about?

He was talking strategy – privately – with staff. Something I am sure every politician does. Yes, they discussed what they [perceived as weakness and ways to exploit it. Tell me which politician does not do that.

So because another person – it makes no difference who – recorded (according to mother jones) the conversation and then gave it to a third party is illegal.

You can twist and turn it anyway you want.

The only reason they are investigating is because he is a republican? And you think I’m paranoid.

The FBI should investigate any complaint made no matter who makes it.

No, you are right. Your hate trumps my logic.

My view of politics is “cowardly”? pusillanimous? Just how do you come to THIS conclusion?

But just for the record, I have no love for a person who lies, cheats, steals and is generally dishonest and concerned only for his own well being.

Every politician elected promises to be “the voice of the people” in his little area. He lies.

The only thing a politician is concerned with is his re-election and continued position at the public trough.

I have no love for any of them. I want us all to wake up and clean house (and senate) and replace them with people not yet corrupted by big money and power.

But since the only way to get elected is to have the backing of big money how do we do that?

OH yeah. How about giving me some of those examples of “scumbaghood”, just for grins.

Actually it was 7 years ago for depression, insomnia and codependency. She has enough garbage in Hollywood without resorting to politics.

If the 2nd Amendment were written today: The right of the people to a well trained legal defense (access to a lawyer) shall not infringed.
The US Constitution, 2nd Amendment is to protect YOU and me from the oppression of government.

    Remember,
It is not about firearms, it is about protection and…
The Police are not there to protect you (look up Warren v. District of Columbia).

The 2nd Amendment is to protect YOU and me from the oppression of government. Today, you may not need a gun but you still need defense from the government.

How would you feel if I took away your right to a defense….lawyer?
