Simon’s not being biased, he’s just pointing out that it happens on both sides of the political spectrum. Why didn’t you call Ima biased for not naming a Republican family as well? Technically, they were both right. ANY man who sees women as inferior and uses that as an excuse to rape, abuse, or otherwise take advantage of them is a scumbag. They don’t have to be rich, either. While the rich may be more visible and feel they can act with impunity, there are plenty of poor households where the same thing happens. It’s an attitude that needs to change. Our country is not nearly as bad as it is in some others, but we still have a ways to go.
