   What does “flagging” do, specifically?

   You can flag any post you deem to be inappropriate.

   Flagging doesn’t do anything to the post itself outside of notifying the moderators of the post. The moderators can then look at the post and take action they deem necessary (removal of the offending post, or removal of the offending person). I do not flag posts I disagree with. I only flag posts that are inapproprate (spam).

   I would add that I have only flagged two posts that I can recall over the last year, but both cases were well beyond spam and into rabid, frothing hatred. Spam I can handle. Insults I can handle. But when you start getting into racist epithets…
