Actually, what no one else appears to have commented on is with all the time spent on (safety) drills, how much time is being spent on education/al (drills/memorization)? Oops, forgot that teaching Joseph that 2+2=4 isn’t as important as telling him that the mere fact that he got an answer to the question is of higher priority. And, if he learned it in a group (i.e., non-repeatable learning), so much the better…..
