Well, given that the idiots who voted and signed it into law never actually read it and still haven’t, why should it be constitutional?

It hasn’t been ruled on by the Supreme Court and the comics have already come to their conclusion.

Using that logic, then almost EVERY law on the books would be “Unconstitutional”!
How many members of Congress do you think have read the entire U.S. Tax Code?

“Well, given that the idiots who voted and signed it into law never actually read it and still haven’t, why should it be constitutional?”

Given that the provision that the Republicans are contesting the most was included in the law at the insistence of the Republicans…

And, the fact that the “Individual Mandate”, the part they are fighting was based on Romneycare, created by a REPUBLICAN, who happens to be running for President…

Oh, and by the way, it’s been upheld

Yes, it’s been upheld by the court, and if you think you saw obstructionism before, you ain’t seen nothing yet. Unfortunately I think our country has hit a level of decline we’ll never be able to recover from. This will be a large fiscal nail hammered into the nations proverbial coffin.

Good thing that everything conservatives have been saying against it are lies. It will create an estimated four million jobs, will save considerable money, save tens of thousands of lives, and keeps health care in the private sector. Win! We just need to keep that killer Romney and his minions out of power.

Romney’s not a killer, he’s a big supporter of war, but will do anything to avoid military service. That’s the definition of a CHICKENHAWK.

It was upheld as a ‘tax’. And liberals know that you can tax everything. I loved being in Europe. TV tax, radio tax, VAT, internet tax, phone tax, car tax to name a few. I’m sure that if I was there long enough I could name thousands if not hundreds of thousands of taxes. Welcome to the downfall of the Euro.

And Romney has already announced that if he gets elected all those with preexisting conditions are in BIG TROUBLE.

About the reading thing: watch “Fahrenheit 9/11” (I know, you’d never…) and see Charlie Rangel admit that they never read the Patriot Act. Sends chills down my spine…
