Various countries (particularly the French) have been after Armstrong for decades because they can’t get over the fact that an American could win their beloved Tour de France that many times! It all comes down to sour grapes.

i don’t understand what the issue is. Americans want their sports stars to be superhuman.
whatever it takes to make it more interesting. why shouldn’t atheletes take whatever drugs they want. it should be encouraged.
