As annoying as it is for those of us who don’t live in swing states, electoral collage is a good this, it weakens the effect of voter fraud. Last election, there were several cases of unanimous voting in some areas even though many residents claimed they voted the opposite way. If not for the electoral collage, this kind of fraud would have made a much larger difference in the election.
Is an electoral collage made of paper ballots? The electoral college was set up to keep the big states from trampling on the little states and it works.
