Not sure why Morin draws Hillary much more attractive than in real life, but I think Biden is probably the smartest Democrat in decades.

Yes, you guys all love every Dem thats not currently in power. Look at the love the GOP gives Bill now that he is not Prez. If Biden got the nom you would be here telling us what a socialist commie moron the guy is. Its what cons do.
Biden will be 74 in ’16 too old. Hillary will be 70, also too old but the people who make their money pretending to know something about politics will keep focusing on them as if it mattered.

Biden is going to go down in history as the first VP to serve 3-4 consecutive terms.
Just kidding.
I am too focused on the 2014 midterm elections to participate in the discussion this cartoon invites. Mitch McConnell is facing growing R dissatisfaction with his ‘moderate’ views and there is discussion of fielding a more conservative R to run against him. As I’ve said, perhaps too much, McConnell is one of the 4 people in congress I consider part of the problem. Reid, Boehnor, and Pelosi are the other 3. I do believe if Ky fields a Rep who is more conservative than McConnell, it will give the D’s an opportunity they might not otherwise have. I have little trust in D restraint if they hold a super-majority, and less trust in the R’s as they have been behaving over the last two decades. A friend of mine who works for an international company travels from Europe, to Asia, and to South America. She says most of those living outside of the USA do not consider us to be a democratic nation because our two party system locks out other voices and parties.
I cannot say these people are wrong.
Respectfully,
C.

I don’t think that you are so far off with Clinton/Biden. What if – after the midterms – the two jointly announce that they will be running for President and VP. No opposition (can’t see anybody on the left). Primaries with just one line on the ballot. No debates. No negative campaign ads. Can you imagine ALL of the Democrats working for their victory against a – probably – weak GOP candidate that will be found in a bloody battle to the finish like this time around? Yes, this would be novel, but one thing Democrats are NOT is being afraid of trying something new…

Heck, Biden could be good for 16 more years – two terms as Hillary’s VP, then 1 as Chelsae’s VP.

First the Democrats will have to get past the GOP’s latest election-stealing scheme: assigning electoral college votes to (previously gerrymandered) Congressional districts… but only in Democratic-leaning states; Republican-leaning states still winner-takes-all. There’s really nothing those sociopaths won’t do for power.

St. Ronnie was 69 when he was elected the first time, just so you know. Of course, he was 77, and senile by the time he left office…

Seems I was the only one paying attention and understood what Hillary meant when she said “I’m through with Politics when I step down as SOS.”
