    In actuality, (especially considering just how poor the US was in comparison to its potential enemies) the second amendment was written to have citizen militias on call to be able to protect the government of the US itself against potential enemies both external and internal.

    Which is exactly the opposite to what you are posting!!

    There is a Resident in Tennessee who has had their Hand Carry Permit revoked by the Tennessee Department of Safety due to a Video Rant he posted on You Tube threatening to kill anyone who tried to take his guns.

    Now that he has lost his HCP, he is quickly backing out of his original rant, and is apologizing. He can appeal this decision, it will be for naught as the appeals court will back the Tennessee Department of Safety citing it will be for the safety of all in his neighborhood if he never gets his HCP reinstated.

    Wait, you mean they took his HCP, (which presumably means also taking his firearms) and he didn’t shoot back?!?!? What sort of a 2nd Amendment zealot is he? You mean, it was all bluff? When push came to shove, he didn’t go out defending his rights? What a moral and physical coward! So much for cold, dead hands!

    Can you provide a source for that story? I am not questioning the truth of what you say, I just want more details.
    Do you really think that a Tennessee court will rule against a gun owner? I find that unlikely.

    I don’t know where YOU live, but here where I live, in Kentucky, most of the vehicles in the parking lots of the Gun Shops or Pawn Shops are old, beat up pickups, or rusty old sedans, with very few BMW’S or Lexii to be seen.
    AND, a LOT of the people in the stores look JUST LIKE the clown leading the parade!
