Sandy, worst storm since 1969 (Forbes), but hey when the collective memory doesn’t go past last Tuesday why let a little fact that it’s a “storm of the century” get in their way.

Is there climate change? Certainly. Blaming one storm on climate change? Inane.

John McTernan wouldn’t agree with Jeff, but then again, McTernan is NUTS!
You GOTTA Google this whacko, and get a good laugh from his insane ravings!

I know – he should have stopped that storm in its tracks! Anything less would be insufficient, right? Oh wait, even that wouldn’t have been enough for you.
Meanwhile Michael Brown (“Brownie” if Katrina infamy) criticized Obama for acting too quickly. There is nothing that will satisfy you guys.

For me the most destruction I ever saw, not on TV, was the Ash Wednesday storm of 1962.

Sure, but so is looking at one snowfall and saying “See? Snow! Proof that there’s no climate change!”

Really? Really? One storm hits the East Coast and that’s proof of Global Warming. We had a really cold Autum here in the midwest and I wouldn’t call that proof of Global Cooling.

Storms were hitting the east coast back in the 50s before Global Warming became fashionable.
