If she keeps going along the path I’ve seen then I hope she runs in 2012.

George W. Bush couldn’t even talk straight without a teleprompter in front of him. And he couldn’t answer questions without knowing what the answers would be ahead of time.

Sarah Palin tried to pretend to be a good ol’ gal from the Southeastern USA and hoping that people down in the lower 48 would accept her.

If she runs as a Republican Candidate for the 2012 Presidential Election, whomever is running on the Democratic ticket will win by a landslide.

Qualifications for President? Bush was qualified. You didn’t like him. Obama is not qualified, as he didn’t have much of a record of any kind to go on, but he’s quite popular. I would say only minimum qualifications are necessary for the job. What you need is the most popular message and platform. He/she who reads the political winds best, wins. That said, I think Mrs. Palin has suffered too much damage in this last election to make her a real contender. It would take a really difficult-to-believe political landscape to see her president. Obama’s policies would have to be worse than failures, they’d have to be catastrophes on a biblical scale. She’d have to have had some major PR and house cleaning work done on a level not seen since Robert Downey Jr. I just can’t see it.

First of all, if Sarah Palin isn’t qualified to become POTUS why are the Democrats raising such a ruckus? You would think that would be jumping up and down with glee. The “established” G.O.P. is afraid because PEEOPLE LIKE HER she is down to earth and is a straight shooter.
She had more executive experience than President Obama, V.P. Biden, and Senator McCain combined. In 2008 I did not vote for Senator McCain, I voted for Sarah Palin.

jmworacle, I don’t see the Democrats raising a ruckus. Most of them would be thrilled to see her run. I see the MSM having a field day with her just as they did with MJ because she’s good for that kind of news.

For what it’s worth, I think the people who did the greatest harm to her both nationally and in her own state was the Republican Party.

She was mayor of Wassila, population around 9000 and then governor of Alaska for only a couple years before she resigned. Actually Democrats are jumping up and down with glee over the idea of Sarah making a run in 2012.

CDW & DHZ, that was my take too, she and Rush Limp*ick should run, the failure would be resounding and gleeful Dems/Libs would line the streets after.

Hey Eartha Kitt–Keep King Baroke and Numbnutz Biden on the ticket and you Dems will be lining the streets like garbage; and still in the unemployment line with how they are performing so far. Of course they misread and were not completely informed=-LOL

I stand by what I said, Howzit, run those 2 conservobots on the ticket and I’ll be greatly pleased, as if they could garner enough support and $ to run. They’re both immensely politically flawed (one is immense regardless) and would provide humor for years after. Trying to keep up with the current crop of GOP party hopefuls is difficult, tho, since the frontrunners are falling away with every new scandal, good luck with that, I can still barely keep smiling :-)

The gal who can’t muster herself to refer to politicians by their preferred names or titles is amused by other people’s lack of substance! That’s rich!
