Jim Morin’s drawings won the Pulitzer Prize for editorial cartooning in 1996. He shared the Pulitzer in 1983 with other members of the Miami Herald editorial board, and was a Pulitzer finalist in 1977 and 1990. His work is syndicated internationally by the New York Times/CWS Syndicate.

The Georgians are not entirely innocent in this matter and they clearly bit off more than they could chew by antagonizing the Russians. And still W has no understanding of the world.

lalas, I think a lot of people don’t realize that. Also, Georgia keeps saying that the Russians are attacking the pipelines. The companies that run the pipelines say, there hasn’t been any damage or any indication that they were a target. It makes me wonder if Georgia isn’t trying to get other countries involved because they know they got in over their head.
