Sueing the president for doing his job is the only thing Boehners house has done for six years.

Just as fake, every bit as ridiculous, not nearly as funny.

I guess Benghazi and the IRS charades were wearing thin and they needed to cook up a new one. Now I guess all those righteous conservative Congressmen can spend the next five weeks at home boasting how they did something. Absolutely disgusting.

“Congressmen can spend the next five weeks at home boasting how they did something”.
Not after they couldn’t get enough votes for their own immigration bill last night.

Obama is the one doing the “cooking up” and is doing it really well.
    Over and over and over.

A lawsuit is the most peaceful and least damaging way to challenge the President on his executive overreach. I wish that the left were able to drop its partisanship and confront the President on his abuses of power; their preference for protecting their own over protecting our constitutional institutions leaves Republicans with a hard choice: engage in a public confrontation that may further damage our constitutional system or seek relief from the judicial branch.
    -
I think Republicans made the right choice, though this course has a lower probability of success. In the meantime we must hope that more people awaken to the danger of allowing the President to unilaterally re-write laws that are inconvenient to him.

Not a “sharknado”, just anther diarrhea storm from the right-wingers, out there spinning like tops trying to keep up with their own agenda changes and constant flow of new bs.

King Barry the First has independently made laws and changed laws. About 4 years ago, in the midst of his first term, he said he was unable to do what he is now doing because the Constitution wouldn’t allow him to do it. Has the Constitution changed since then or has he just had a change of mind?

LOL, Bakana. Obama never took the bar exam thus he was never a practicing lawyer. To this day zero proof he ever took constitutional law at all. No degree, no transcripts, nothing.
The fact is he’s clueless about the constitution which is why he constantly breaks the laws that he should know he cannot break.
He also can’t seem to understand what the executive branch does and means.
