^ Too clueless to notice that we can create a computer system to sift through hundreds of millions of phone calls, emails & text messages, but we can’t get Healthcare.gov to work.

Of course, most of the GOP are telling Obama to quit apologizing.

According to France24 TV, Merkel had to feign indignation because Das Bild screamed and she has to mollify the German voters. She won’t really change anything. Germany will still do whatever Obama tells them they have to do.

Tell me Uncle Joe, how much of their ‘support’ is because they believe the program saved lives, and how much is because it started in 2002 under another President?
What really makes Ms. Merkel and the rest angry is A- they lacked the tech to discover it themselves. B- They lack the tech to do it to us.
Good post, especially with the ACA inclusion. Don’t forget the fiasco with the Veteran benefits they still haven’t fixed.
    Respectfully,

As german I can tell you that Merkel and the others make much hot air around this now. They know that they can’t really do much against this. They have not the will to take more painful measures than this hot air and some whining.
By the way most germans are really angry about this. Not only about spying Merkel, more about collecting data from all of us.
The question we ask us here is – what would they say, if it would get public that we are spying them everywhere in the US? (Don’t worry – we are far away from having the resources for that)

Obviously you missed the Bush years?"
5% unemployment and economic growth. Yes that is something to miss. The world had respect for us and the bad guys feared us. Yep, I miss that. But now we have a president who wants to shut down Gitmo. Even though one of the master minds behind BENGHAZI used to be detained there. And talk about respect. Are you liberals ready to admit that Benghazi was not about a YouTube Video and it was not spontaneous? The world watches as Obama LIES about such things. We are stupid enough to re elect him. The world knows what a Joke he is! And the last time we needed allies only France was willing to help out. FRANCE???

You want to know one of the dirty secrets to Germany’s success. One of their "resources’ Our Standing Army. Yep, they have built their economy on the backs of our Army in their Nation.

Wow harlytoon you forgot to mention the stimulas the Bush administration used to create growth?
They allowed their special friends to con homeowners into leveraging their homes equity to finance their economy, generated 2 wars (never budgeted) to sell off nation assets to special interest privateers, defunded or eliminated all of the oversight agencies that would have stopped the great American sellout, etc.
The results were the biggest economic crash since 1929, national debt that more than doubled 2009 hit 12.7 trillion, 2 wars which were never budgeted for and the greatest no strings attached giveaway to the TBTF banks in history, and piles of policies that the now famous House repubbies refuse to address so the profiteers can keep on taking the taxpayers money.
    -
And you “think” that is good? Your just more faux noise rhetoric in action.

As a result, under Obama in the last three years, 2.7 million more Americans fell into poverty. In contrast, during the three years following the enactment of the Bush tax cuts, the number of Americans in poverty actually fell, according to the U.S. Census Bureau,

Um…. One of Roosevelt’s cabinet ministers testified to congress in the late part of his administration that Roosevelt’s administration had extended the Great Depression for many years by throwing money at it. Roosevelt was a fiscally rotten president — and DID make it worse.
