So many minds are totally made up. Juries are made up of people who are supposed to be open minded whether or not they know the “news” regarding a story. There are so many people in GC ready to lynch a person without trial, without a judge, and without a jury. I hope none of you closed minded folks ever pull jury duty.
Innocent until proven guilty is no longer the way of our judicial system. Now, we are guilty until we can either prove we are innocent or prove the prosecution doesn’t have enough info. That is not the way the Constitution meant it to be.
Honesty to Congress is optional when Congress fails to be honest with those who elected them.
Investigating the press in an overbroad and heavy handed manner is wrong, even it it’s legal.
Keeping guns out the hands of cartels is impossible as long as guns can be bought without background checks from private sellers at gun shows or over the internet. Perhaps Holder is guilty of something in the Fast and Furious case, but I’ve not been convinced and there has been no trial.
Assigning guilt simply because you want someone to be guilty is unethical, immoral, and UnAmerican.

Well put. And one of the big reasons why is in DrCanuck’s post above.

Sarah Palin proved publicly what Fox has been doing privately for years: you can stir up a lot of hornets if you poke their nests with a stick. And there are hornets’ nests aplenty.

When I see how many people are willing to fight their neighbors rather than to work together for change, I see the tactics are working. THIS is a greater threat to our future than any other issue, in my opinion.

He did go shopping but it was for a subpoena Fox News not the Tea Party. Pass tense and it came from Brightbart:

Canuck please keep your comments about my country to yourself or at least learn of what you are talking about.
    Thank you!

I’m not a big fan of Holder, but compared to Gonzalez, Ashcroft, Meese & Mitchell, he is an innocent choirboy.

“The housing problem was a result of Fannie & Freddy”

The housing problem originated with private lenders who muscled Fannie & Freddie out of the sub-prime mortgage game with the help of the GOP. Deregulation & the creation of mortgage derivatives drove the bubble & caused the bust.

The rest of your post is fiction. Bush championed home ownership by minorities as a way to build wealth. I’m charitable enough to say he probably did not realize he let the fox into the henhouse. But, I have a lot more sympathy for people who bought houses because the realtor, the appraiser & the banker told them it was a good idea(while making a lot of money off the deals). I have no sympathy for the criminals on Wall Street who made billions while having a pretty clear idea of what was going to happen.
