Instead of expanding citizenship to millions of illegal aliens who broke our laws to get here, we should start getting a lot more discriminating about who we let in.

These young Muslims obviously lied when they took this oath:

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; so help me God.1

You could have knocked me over with a feather when I heard this terrorist attack was committed by Muslims. What are the odds of that happening?

On April 19, 1995, as I remember, the public as well as the media were very quick to cast guilt on Muslims.

The last I looked Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols, and Michael Fortier were Christians.

If our justice never sleeps, why aren’t there some banksters in jail???

And lets not forget the mass shooters. Can anyone name a single one that was a Republican or Tea Party member? It seems going nuts and shooting innocent people is a very Liberal thing to do!

No, Midas, you forget, the Jared Loughner shootings were blamed on Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin’s target map. That was the official tipping point at which I stopped listening to anything any lefty has to say. They are blind and deceitful, plain and simple.

BTW, don’t accept the Tim McVeigh radical right-winger argument either. The ties between McVeigh, Terry Nichols, and Abu Sayyaf have never been adequately discussed in the mainstream, but the connection is undeniable.

Let’s cool off a bit. It is not an ideology that brings about death, be it ultra-conservative republican or ultra-liberal democrat. Not Christian, not Islam, not Jew. Unhinged individuals who fall under the sway of those ideologies are impressionable enough to see death there, and they see the death in whatever ideology captures their warped fantasies.
I’m not trying to fall back to that platitude “Guns don’t kill people, people kill people,” although it is true. This is why it is so surprising to me that gun-rights activists are so determined to stop attempts at at least making sure that the people who buy guns are responsible, rational people.
At any rate – it has already been pointed out above that people like Laughner, McVeigh, Nichols, and the recent campus terrorizers were not necessarily Mulsim. Some are
decent, deranged people who just want to hurt others.
That said, it does appear that the Boston Bombers were motivated by their faith in Islam.

Wow. What a bogus list. You’re really reaching, aren’t you?

Of the few mass shooters in your list, which ones are you claiming were Republicans or Tea Party members?

“America does need a “War On Terrorism”…”

You can’t kill an idea with a weapon, no matter how hard you try, no matter how long you try it. You cannot make people stop hating you by hitting them with a stick. They may pretend to stop when you’re around, but they’ll hate you even more when you have your back turned, and they can recruit more and more haters the more you hit them and “justify” their hatred..

We also have a war on poverty, a war on drugs, etc. We also have “Storage Wars”, “Pawn Wars”, and on and on. America is built on a war mentality. Even football games are “wars”.

    Jesus would be so proud.

Who said they were Muslims and that that was their motivation? Their own uncle, a proud citizen, a fierce defender of the US, AND a Muslim said otherwise.’s_shame/

    @motivemagus LOL

They are the same lefties that said “Let’s hope it was a White, American right wing guy that did the bombing”. A lil biased, don’t ya think?

Oh and the Muslim Uncle of the Muslim Terrorists……….Ditto.

So try this: is there ANYTHING that would convince you otherwise, or are you just acting in a knee-jerk fashion (as usual)? Did you WATCH that video? That guy was angry. And I just happened to have it from Salon — they didn’t produce it. You’re reaching here.
