    I don’t think the goal of a political cartoon should be to have the reader say, “Wow. This guy is a total @55.”

    For those who don’t keep up, Mrs. Teresa Heinz Kerry was born Teresa Simões-Ferreira in Mozambique to Portuguese parents. Mrs. Kerry was previously married for 25 years to Henry John Heinz III, who was a member of the founding family of the H.J. Heinz Company, and when Mr Heinz died, she inherited his part of the Heinz family fortune. Heinz is a trans-national corporation, so many blame Mrs Kerry because “Heinz Corporation, owned by Kerry’s wife, has 79 plants where it manufacturers products and 57 of the 79 are located in countries outside of the U.S. How many U.S. jobs are lost here?” This can all be verified.

    THE richest democrat in Congress (marrying into it helped). He has the best yachts registered in other countries to avoid taxes. Doublespeak Kerry would be a good target…. I mean Secretary of State.

    I say put the looser in and we can see what a joke he would have been as president. Then again according to Obama all you have to do is read from the white house and give him political cover. At least that was all the lady had to do to be thought of.
    What a loser, but hey, he got his band aids in Vietnam.

    I’m not sure that Heinz products could be produced here and shipped overseas and still have a marketable price in, say, China. I think the high cost of processing here combined with the cost of freight would price Heinz products out of foreign markets. If Heinz wants in those foreign markets it would necessitate them building plants outside the U. S.

    I hope we don’t have to suffer through another tax return thing ala Romney over Kerry’s confirmation hearings.

    @TimeWeaver

    He’s also a Democrat from Massachusetts. The R’s are hoping that Scott Brown will be able to take Kerry’s seat to help their filibuster parade.

    Kerry will be a terrible Secretary of State. Although he’s not a woman (a liability with some of the regimes we have to deal with), he can bore anyone to tears. He is non-volatile enough to prevent spontaneous problems, but I don’t expect he’ll do anything heroic, either.

    John Kerry has certain qualities that will make him the ideal diplomat. For example you can interpret everything he says in every way you like because by the time he finished a sentence you’ve already forgotten what you were talking about. And in international hostage situations he could single handedly defeat any number of terrorists just by bleeding them dry through their ears. Although he has a kind of imprinted smile stuck on his face that I’ve only ever seen on members of the British royal family. All in all a worthy replacement for a woman who tried to re-invent “shuttle diplomacy” ala Kissinger and clocked in even more miles than good old Henry…

    What about when it’s the truth? The Ketchup Gigolo never worked an honest day in his life. He tried registering his yacht in another state to avoid taxes and his feeble service in Nam was countermanded by lying under oath to Congress about phony war atrocities.

    the lowlife kenyan strikes again.

    Wow the bus crowd from uranis is really out in farce tonight!
    I’d give money if even one of the pathetic whiners from the uranis bus even served let alone commanded in real combat!
    But then they prefer to cuddle at the back of the bus with each other circling the faux noise black hole of despair!
