You do know,of course, that obamacare forces you to buy insurance? Well, unless you have a waiver and don’t have to.
How to get a waiver? Donate at, I think.

What it does is force freeloaders to pony up their share instead of using an emergency room for free, paid for by those of us with insurance, or worse, getting on medicaid for free. It’s called personal responsibility.

People will soon discover that it is cheaper to pay the fine than the jacked-up cost of insurance

The Affordable Health Care Act modeled the insurance mandate on the plan passed in Massachusetts & signed by Mitt Romney. It has worked well there.

The reason for the mandate is to keep a healthcare system with private, capitalist, only semi-regulated insurance companies while ensuring that all Americans attain affordable health-care. Currently, millions of Americans cannot afford regular heath-care

The purchase mandate was in exchange for mandating that insurance companies cover everyone at reasonable cost.

As Slowpoke points out, Justice Scalia’s broccoli argument (taken directly from right-wing media pundits) makes no sense, has no analogy with the Affordable Care Act.
