    Breaking news is usually wrong. When the correct info comes in it is ignored because they have moved on to other sensationalism.

    When big news breaks, I find that waiting for full and complete information before drawing any conclusions is the best way to go.
    Of course, that takes intelligence and patience, and those things are not exactly highly prized by our media- or our culture, for that matter.

    First reports are very often incorrect or incomplete as are the conclusions of our first posters here. Don’t take the sister’s tweet as “Gospel”.

    When it comes to initial reports, the main news outlets probably use the sister’s tweets.
