I keep seeing the story about the woman who killed a home invader. I never see any pro-gun people take note of the fact that the intruder was deterred from another house when he realized someone was home.
If the woman hadn’t hidden in a closet, he would have moved on. Robbers don’t want to deal with homeowners, armed or otherwise.
If I was a homeowner and I was hiding in the closet, I would much rather confront the guy with my gun in hand than just yell “boo” at the him when he opened the closet door.
