   Honest question for you. I know you are of a liberal ilk politically, why do you (and many others) watch Fox News? I would think it would drive you crazy. Know your enemy? Please enlighten me.

   I ask this because I can’t stand watching either Fox or MSNBC. Way too much anger, unsubstantiated opinion and partisan rhetoric on both sides. Of course I’m a Libertarian and think both parties are very little different in the end result of their actions…

   Personally, I can only take a few minutes of Fox News. I check web sites (e.g., NewsHounds.us, CrooksandLiars.com) that proudly announce “We watch Fox so you don’t have to”. They provide info and links to the Fox News site to corroborate their stories.

   Don’t watch Fox for the same reason I don’t listen to Limbaugh. Unsubstantiated facts backed with opinion masking as “truth”. When they are available I listen to Stephanie Miller and Ed Schultz because they choose to bring people on who can untangle Faux from fiction, and support with facts what really happened. That doesn’t mean they aren’t opinionated and sometimes wrong, but they actually admit when they were wrong or mis-spoken.
