    I’m not sure I’m sure what this means.

    That the mainstream is turning against Obamacare?

    Or that a mainstream cartoonist is portraying a Tea idiot who is turning down the best thing that ever happened to him?

    On NPR last Saturday, on ‘Wait, Wait, Don’t Tell Me’ (you’ll have to listen to the podcast to hear it), a panellist said that, as a reporter, he has insurance from his employer, but he had to log in to the ACA website to report what he found. He was supposed to report on website problems and sticker shock. He said he got on immediately with absolutely no problems, answered a few, easy questions, and was offered an ACA plan that was much better than the one he was getting from his employer, so he signed up.

    True? An Obamabot version of reality? What?

    @Debt Free

    It’s not any form of ‘care’. It’s a tax.

    You’re taxed if you refuse to get insurance. Stuart Butler of the Heritage Foundation said, "A mandate on households certainly would force those with adequate means to obtain insurance protection, which would end the problem of middle-class “free riders” on society’s sense of obligation."

    That was the old conservative plan. The new seems to be: Tough Luck, Kid.

    This cartoon flies in the face of reality. Support for ObamaCare — despite constant negative press and attacks — rose three points over the past month. Would be nice if the facts were reflected instead of the GOP messaging.

    If your insurance company doesn’t cancel it, or if it is a junk policy.

    What part of LIFE is free? If it is too taxing for you quit?

    When you get seriously sick and ACA has forced you to be ready you get ten “dope slaps” before entering the doctor’s office, LOL

    My first wife died for want of healthcare. We lost our insurance when it went above $3K a month!

    Must be brief here. Couple years later a new friend was a health insurance agent. He explained how corps eliminate sick people and raise premiums as part of it. Their profits often exceeded 40-50% and 100Ks died for those profits while all the world’s nation but US offered universal healthcare.

    A Swiss Minister of Health said if anyone went bankrupt for health costs it would be a National scandal. Healthcare WAS #1 reason for bankruptcy in US!

    Remember the idiot Republican asking McCain to keep government OUT of her Social Security? It you want NO taxes leave. What country has no government or taxes?

    Where are the Paline Death Panels? Republicans prefer suicide over ACA? Then they become their own Death Panels. If Repubs die they can’t vote. I guess it’s a win win, LOL
