    by what objective standard do you back up that we have the best medical care in the world?
    certainly not by infant mortality where we rance 50th, below GREECE and the (gawd forbid) European Union.

    but facts have a nasty way of getting in the way.
    by what measurable standard would you like to measure the quality of health care in the USA – how about mental health?
    I know where! how about the income of the CEO’s of health insurance companies? – i’m sure we’re #1 in that by a long shot.
    howzabout in dollars spent for care delivered? – I’m sure we’re #1 there too.

    At least try to make your lies believable. We have the most EXPENSIVE health care system in the world. When the usual metrics (infant mortality, adult longevity, obesity are considered the US ranks somewhere between 5th and 10th.
