Unfortunately, I very much fear that 12-16 will be little more than a replay of 08-12.

How does he get reelected in 2016 if you cant sit more than two terms (and he wins 12-16) ? :)

Well, you see it’s really simple. First, you do everything you can to invalidate congress (job done) and remove or rewrite the constitution (job in progress) and then after a second term about october 2015 you have a “national emergency” that would require the proclamation of martial law and the suspension of elections until the end of the “crisis”. Obama is then dictator for life. See? simple.

Hey look, McConnell has a little umbrella in his ear. I also like little umbrellas in my ears.

    LOVE IT!
And I live in Kentucky, home of that obstructionist louse!
I sincerely hope that after his next re-election bid that we can bid a not-so-fond farewell to Turtle-Boy McConnell!

Uh, Bruce4671, and SkepticCal, in case you haven’t actually noticed, it’s satire! And yes, Mitch is SO OBSESSED with his total hatred of Obama, that he is blind to the fact that he CAN’T run again in 2016!Sadly, though, there was a report that Rand Paul, the OTHER senator from Kentucky, Crazy Ron’s kid, and Turtle-Boy’s protege is already considering a run for the White House in 2016!God help us all!

Boner, to get re-elected said the most important thing was jobs. Then the Republican party set about destroying the country to get Obama unelected, thereby assuring Obama’s re-election.

If you reap what you sow, what happens if you don’t sow anything? Sow ignorance, reap stupidity!

    FIFY

In a truly surprising move it didn’t happen then. Won’t happen now either.

I’m sure there will be a young Democrat that will run in 2016.

Bruce, you’ve gone beyond paranoid into reality detachment. Look at what party gave us Watergate, put all the mentally ill on the streets, broke the unions, de-regulated the banking industry to better facilitate rampant greed, endorsed torture and now wants to regulate everyone’s sex life. So really it’s no surprise that only the far-right birthers want to put the elephant in charge.

The conservatives DO have two strategies: 1. Be afraid 2. Be VERY afraid! Amazing, the land of the free, and the home of the brave, and they don’t get EITHER!
