   You’re resorting to invoking Joe McCarthy with your reference to the “DEMOCRAT PARTY.” He came up with that in order to associate us Democrats with the Communist Party.

   You must be in a world of hurt. The original name Thomas Jefferson gave to his party was “Democratic Republican Party.” The “Republican” part was dropped in about 1810. The Democratic party is going to correct the damage done by Republicans who turned non-profit insurers and hospitals into for-profit institutions. Is is immoral to have to pay a profit just to get the insurance we didn’t have to pay for forty years ago. We are going to make profiting by denying health care to Americans a thing of the past.

   I strongly recommend you going to PBS.org a check out Frontline’s “The Warning” to see how the Republicans allowed Wall Street Bankers to rape and destroy our economy. There’s just so much good resources on PBS which will help you learn the truth.

   “Bill Moyers Journal” and certain issues of “Now” will really help you understand how the for-profit insurers have worked to make the American health care system into a third-world shame.

    Oldie, Capt. CoolGuy is right. Hadassah Lieberman, Joe’s wife, has spent her entire career either in the insurance industry, the pharmaceutical industry, or as a lobbyist for the two. Except…when Joe was having a politically risky campaign, and then she suddenly dropped out of her job. Hm.

    Parker: I am not “Stan Collins.” What ever gave you that idea? I’m as puzzled by Stan as anyone else; he seems to just be a guy sick to death of liberals who deliberately wants to get his account banned so he won’t be tempted to waste text on them any more.

    That’s MY guess, anyway. But since I ca’t ever recall seeing Stan until he appeared out of nowhere, cursing and spitting at all the lefties, I’m sorta confused as to why he wanted to be banned at all. I mean, he wasn’t talking to ANYONE that I saw… he just materialized and had a meltdown.

    You wanna accuse me of being someone else, hey, go for it Parker. Your choice. But I am not a deceitful person. I am using my real name here. I am not posting under any other names, nor would I.

    I use others to filter their posts (HQ, Scott, Striper) since I skip past theirs. If someone else further down reacts, or rather, reacts in a way that catches my eye, then I read back up. That’s still feeding the troll though. However, they serve a purpose.
    I’m learning all the time on this forum. That people think they cannot sway others from their points of view is wrong.
    Some comments from the right (er, not from the 3 I mentioned) have been interesting. They have made me reexamine my own healthcare and question it more closely. But I must say, I’ve been learning more from the liberals.
