    Hey I love baseball analogies! Here’s one… a great player signes a contract but only hits .220. Management doesn’t have to pay! And his teammate that hit .300? Well the team didn’t make it to the playoffs and they didn’t attract enough fans, and the economy hurt the gate, so management can void his contract too! Isn’t contract law in the new mellenium great!

    Sheesh, Andy. Just when you make a couple of good points you go back to your stupid idiot congress meme. While congress blew their opportunity to control the bonus payouts, they did not sign the bad contracts that specified them–that’s the idiot bank management’s fault.
