It always seemed to me that the problem with a lesbian relationship is that you can’t use the ’it’s a girl thing!’ excuse.
    Just like gay men can’t say, ’It’s a guy thing,you wouldn’t understand!’

Sometimes Jane, you’ve just have to tell the person off.

They will either respect you more or leave you alone.

Face it, girl. Your only long term relationship is with Wyatt.

I suspect— judging from the subtle facial expression— and she might never admit it— that Jane did get through to Chelle.

I’ve followed their friendship from the very beginning. It’s weird, but I’m convinced that, whatever her attitude, however she acts, somehow, Chelle DOES like Jane. But Chelle is too often “Chelle!” to admit it.

It’s kinda like Mr. Spock. Always insisting that Vulcans don’t have emotions, that “human emotions” are alien to him, etc. And he’s LYING through his teeth all the way. And the funny thing is, Kirk— his FRIEND— knows this! And he never says a word. Because he IS his friend.

Sometimes I wish Chelle could find someone a lot better for her than her recurring EX. But maybe she needs to learn and grow some first…

She’s a Shane, albeit a nice one, but a Shane none the less. She just doesn’t seem to know it yet.

Vulcans have emotions but they are suppressed. Otherwise they would make humans look like grade school bullies.

See Romulans, related and still use their emotions.

There’s a scene (in “The Enterprise Incident”) where the Romulan commander asks Spock, “There is a saying— or is it a myth?— that Vulcans are incapable of lying.” And he says, “It is no myth.” That’s like the scene (in “I, Mudd”), where Harry Mudd says, “Norman— now listen to me— I’m LYING!”
