    Sorry, but the tragic death of the 22-year old Angels rookie kind of takes the guffaw out of this toon, IMHO.

    as a former minor hockey referee, i’ve had to remove parent timekeepers a time or two. mostly, though, parents just need to be reminded of their proper place in the structure of the game when they get too involved.
