Like you’re actually going to see any cats running a marathon. It would take about a month. They’re more like walk 10 yards, eat, take a nap, lay in the sun for half an hour, run like crazy for 100 feet, take another nap, use the cat box, stretch, take another nap, lick themselves for 15 minutes, jog another 50 feet, take another nap…

I think what you’re describing is the Ironcat Triathlon.

No, I think that’s Eat, Sleep and – uh – Visit the Litter Box.

As in, they do each thing only once.

I think that’s the ego of a cat. They do whatever they want.

If you got a piece of string, they will make it to the end of the marathon without stopping.

My cat has absolutley no use for milk…. now if you’ve got a little piece of steak or salmon (preferably grilled) he’ll be you best buddy for the rest of the day!

Unless a cat is given milk continually from kittenhood, in adulthood they will get “the runs” from it. ;-)
