Poetry? It’s crime fighting… dirty, dangerous, never-ending and far from glamorous.

Batman’s life would be much easier if he’d let a villain fall into a vat of acid every once in a while.

That’s how the Red Hood became the JOKER!

That is hardly set in stone. If i recall the Joker himself said he prefers multiple choice in the origin department.

    Boot to the head.

Seriously, Jenn Erica has hung out with Cap and Dynaman long enough to no they don’t defeat all crime. And of the two, Dynaman’s the most likely to be active fighting crime. One’s all about his hair an looks, the other’s about the occasional big show with a super villain, drinking, and being an idiot. She’d have been far better off becoming a police woman. Then all the heroes could yell all they want about her cleaning up the town. She should have still been able to do so. But now, goodbye Empoweress. You made the fatal mistake of being too successful a superhero in this town.

I kept misreading that last word as “hugged” and wondering what I was missing… NOW I get it.

What it was is that the ones they defeated weren’t stopped. Just delayed. She was in the crushing them to end it once-and-for-all.
