Batman examines clues… but I’ve never seen a superhero filling out police reports!
Or facing Internal Affairs.

Batman is known as “the World’s Greatest Detective”, not “the World’s Greatest Paper Pusher”.

I can’t picture The Hulk typing up incident reports: one thumb would probably cover at least a dozen keys on the keyboard, leading merely to a jumble of letters that would put a cryptologist into the looney bin.

Once Superman did play Batman as he was looking for the missing Bruce Wayne. In the episode “Knight Time.” From the 1990’s.
