   I remember when i saw Asleep at the Wheel live the first time, and Ray (Benson) did the I-can-play-my-guitar-behind-my-back trick, and knocked his hat off.

   Before then i always wondered why Ray never seemed to take his hat off.

   Same effect - shining bald dome arising from nest of shoulder-length fringe…
