Incidental Comics are familiar scenes from life - unfortunately, the camera is shaky and loud music drowns out the dialogue. Grant Snider's observations on art and creativity, complaints about growing up, and moments of self-examination are lightened by the occasional appearance of mythical creatures and imaginary places. It's a fascinating world to explore a couple times a week.

This refers to the zappa’s annoying and stupid (ok, to me) quote, “Writing about music is like dancing about architecture”.
For refutation see Bob Christgau, Elijah Wald, Ned Sublette, Robert Palmer, etc ect…

“Dancing about architecture” has a long history, not originating with the very original Mr. Zappa. http://quoteinvestigator.com/2010/11/08/writing-about-music/

Bob Christgau’s writing makes even less sense than dancing about architecture.

Cool, he drew my college library! I have seen people doing the cha cha and the worm, but never the ballet under it.
