   This gag was part of the original 30 cartoons that ran on Tribune Media’s Comics Edge. A little over a month later, it ran word-for-word in the comic strip Shoe. Two possibilities- it’s an obvious gag and the same thing that made me think of it made those guys think of it, or, some freelance gag writer was trolling the web for little-seen stuff to steal and sell to the big-timers. Whattaya think?
