Bike lane is for 2-wheeled vehicles. You need to be on the divider line with a unicycle.

Reminds me of the time my husband and son tried to get a twelve foot, two-man kayak into a Honda Civic.

I knew someone that rode a unicycle to school with a baritone sax.

@PoodleGroomer
I didn’t know a baritone sax could ride a unicycle.

Bet it’s a mountain unicycle with shock absorber seatpost.

that’s not a bike lane. A bike lane takes up an entire car lane and has the stupid !&^$%#! concrete planters and bike racks! . and the only people that bother to use the !^!%#$@ bike lanes are those on skateboards, in-line skates and the seniors on their electric 3-wheeled scooters.
.
sorry…. I have issues with cyclists that apparently cannot see the bike lane next to them and would rather run over pedestrians on the sidewalk. Which is about 90% of the cyclists I see. …… Rant over. …. Hurbis appears to have excellent core strength for what he is doing.

Believe me where I come from bike lanes are rare and when they exist they are used.

Oh, guys… there are all kinds of issues with bike lanes. I live in a town where they’re relatively new. Angry drivers want to kill the bikers in the lane, bikers are happy to have their own lanes until they get to the street where everyone parks in the bike lane ‘as a protest’ (meaning ‘cause they feel like it) and in the end, if it wasn’t this to be upset about, it’d be something else. I’ve ridden bikes and skateboards in the bike lane. My neighbors have started petitions to get them removed so that bikers and skaters would have to return to the sidewalks… and still, no one in my town even understands that you can’t stop your car in the ‘crosswalk’ at streetcorners, especially when there are pedestrians. I swear, I’ve seen crossing guards explain to drivers what crosswalks ARE so that they’d back up and allow the kids to cross to school. It’s best to make a cartoon out of it and go on with life.

which is why I said rant over. Too many issues re: cyclists. Our road laws apply to both cars/drivers and cyclists. Cars don’t drive on sidewalks and neither should cyclists……. and on, and on and on. I can hear skateboards on the sidewalk, not bikes. .. ok. ending now. or I will be writing a paper. …. Just note…. I walk. I don’t drive. And I don’t like hit & run cyclists.
