Housebroken exposes what happens when two sides of the black community -- the hip-hop and the suburban -- clash under one roof. Watkins’ characters are endearing and cool. This is an old standard used by cartoonists .For whatever reason they don’t have time for the strip and it has to be done quicly so they use the blackout.
