    The real problem here is that Herb doesn’t have a professionally trained and certified personal trainer at the gym to help him.

    Lon’s Gym might be called a “health club;” but, the words in quotes are not in the big window.

    “Gym” is short for “gymnasium.” A gymnasium is a place where one does exercises naked, since the “gymn” prefix is from the root of the Greek word meaning “naked.”

    Some people wearing exercise clothing do feel naked when they go to a gym for exercise and have other people watching them.
