I just find it so hard to fathom that in a government the size of ours with the duplication, waste, outdated programs and agencies, and redundancy that we can’t cut 2% of FUTURE spending. This is an insult to the intelligence of the American people. The link is to one of my favorite Libertarian writers.
And when the shards of sky are laying on the ground the right will alternate between “It’s Obama’s Fault!” “We told you so!” and “It was Obama’s tax increase that did this.” . Probably others as well.
Lets remember that the original revolution in Animal Farm was righteous and that it only fell apart when the leadership began to resemble the abusive farmer. Which is to say, the ski IS going to fall, but these boneheads are convinced that the GOP has their best interests at heart, even as Boxer is sent off to the rendering plant.
