Mr. Payne has a history of forgetting to notice that, to avoid conflict resolution as efficiently and as maddeningly as possible, it takes at least one person acting like a child and ignoring the consequences of action/inaction. The national debt increases $4 BILLION per day. This would be enough to make most reasonable people want to do something about it TODAY. It does no one any good to blame just one-half of the problem. Both sides are culpable.
