I have housemates who snore. I don’t think Brahms would make it any easier to sleep.

I don’t snore, they complain I talk, nonsense stuff mostly, apparently.

I don’t snore, but I have no REM
That’s quite a nightlight that Phoebe has.

I’d prefer ‘The Blue Danube’ myself.
Maybe …not when I’m trying to sleep.

If you can’t be humble you’’ll have to spend time with Lord Splendid. Now lets see what’s the pay off for all this set up? She didn’t get enough sleep? she gets sick? she gets stage fright? Dakota upstages her? Phoebe and Dakota get turned in to real bugs? the play doesn’t sell tickets? Phoebe changes the lines on Marigold’s advice and blows it? she freaks out when she has to kiss Max? She gets upset when some one doesn’t show up? she embarrasses her self on stage? The play is interrupted? or every thing is a hit and we get to see a unicorn in a theater seat?

Every one has to have REM they said so on Star Trek TNG you go mad if you can’t reach REM and dream.

    re: kaykeyser

I got exposed to low levels of HS back in 1992-3 on the job. For more than 3 years after that I would sleep, but I didn’t really rest. My thyroid went during the same period. I was so exhausted after the first year and a half that it was all I could do to go to work, come home and crash.
Fast forward to 2009. Not one, but two sleep studies indicated I don’t dream. No apnea, but something weird would happen every time that the dream cycle was supposed to take place and stop it. I have to take not one, but two very low dose SNRIs to keep my norepinephrine to a normal level. Unfortunately, even at those doses, they short-circuit my metabolism, so despite running since 2000 and biking before that, I am about 90lbs over what I should be.

It’s impossible to be humble when your best friend is a unicorn. Is she snoring a Brahms lullaby?

Marigold can sustain the light in her sleep? Guess that’s no sillier than the glowworm in “James and the Giant Peach.”

I can do a pretty good 1812 Overture if I’m lying on my back. I can even manage the horn section if I had beans for dinner.
