When I come home from a hard day’s work, I don’t need a slobbering wet nose/tongue shoved in my crotch … but seeing my 2 Maine Coons come up to the door with tails swishing, chirping, and then lying down on their backs and rolling over … that always brightens my day.

That’s how I felt when my cat was waiting for me at the door when I came in from work. I miss that cat.
