The Tulsa City Election is not until next Tuesday.
The main thing on the ballot is the mayoral election.
The primary was held on the day after Labor Day.
The Democrat candidate’s staff gave him some slightly wrong misinformation about the Republican candidate and he used that in a public statement the day after the primary.
But, the Democrat revised his ads and made correct statements about his opponent in them which have been documented.
But, the Republican and his campaign staff believes they have a right to sling mud and base it on what was originally said.
The Republican owns an oil well production company which only has 8 staff members; but, his ads has him claiming that his company has employed lots of people. But, those people work for the companies who do the actual work and were already working for those companies in the 1st place.
The Republican says that the Democrat shouldn’t be elected because he supported Barack Obama for President.
