Keep those eyes closed. It isn’t just the merchandise you won’t want to see, but the customers.

Walmart pays badly and then expects the taxpayers to subsidize their workers who get zero benefits. Never, ever shop at Walmart

More and more big corporations are jumping on that same bandwagon! I’ve worked for a major, multinational defense contractor for 30 years and all of a sudden the CEO has made health care so unaffordable, that we will all end up on the public dole.

I was given a $25 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. Never used it. I suppose I should have used it or given it to someone else just to impact their bottom line an iota’s worth.

    Amen.
Before coming here, I read a blog from a mother who took her two-year-old son to WalMart. He was wearing a pink headband. A very rude (male) customer came up to them and pulled off the headband and said that real men (or boys) don’t wear such things because (according to the jerk) it means they’re gay. The scumbag also placed his hand on the boy. AND NOT ONE PERSON IN THE STORE DID ANYTHING TO STOP HIM!

Now, it wouldn’t be fair for me to say that this is another reason not to shop at WalMart, because this is an incident that could have happened anywhere. The location is just coincidental.

I used to work for Walmart. They always start wages at above minimum wage. When I started, they had profit sharing which is now 401K. Thanks to them, I have a nice retirement account. I had to pay 1/3 of my insurance and Walmart paid 2/3 – wasn’t bad. Some people who worked were on welfare when they started but managed to get off of it thanks to Walmart. You have been brainwashed by the Unions which Walmart won’t be a part of.

I don’t do business with WalMart. I refuse to do business with people who traffic in slavery and indentured servitude.

The stores in our town took out the summer clothes and swimming pools etc. and had the back to school stuff out the week after the 4th of July, when there were still two bloody months of summer left! I told the Fred Meyer manager they ought to just devote one set of aisles to seasonal fare and keep the Christmas, Easter, etc. crap out all year and get it over with. Last year they had the Christmas stuff up before Halloween!

Walmart is the ultimate conservative ideal
cheat the workers as much as possible to maximize profits for the CEO and the upper echelon.
