What is this, “Anything you (boys) can do, I can do worst!”, aren’t girls supposed to be all clean/neat-freaks…?

Actually this is typical of most “little girl” rooms. At least the mess in the boys rooms had a sort of “order” to them.

That is just a stereotype as much as boys are supposed to be messy.

Did you mean to say “worse shape”? It saddens me to no end how so many of the neighborhoods in my beloved Detroit have gone to ruin.

As Bruno Zeigerts posted, mine has a ‘lived-in’ look. It’s organized in its own special way! Of course a way that only I can make sense of, but still….

10th & South is a busy area, surprised anyone would abandon a house there. Must be artistic license on Tatulli’s part. In the 70’s the part of South st. from 12th to Broad Street was pretty bad. The block between 12th & 13th was mostly boarded up except for the bar Bacchanal. But that’s all been rehabbed now.
