Speaking from experience, some Ice-cream man do a real lousy job at securing the ice-cream to the cone…

Which why some people like me now eat straight out of a (Ben & Jerry’s) ice-cream tub…

The sad thing is that, if our local ice cream vendors are any indicators of the national trend, Dean could have bought two gallons of store ice cream for what the vendor charged for that single cone.

    (sigh) Yes.
I can remember the Good Humor truck coming to our neighborhood so many, many moons ago…..
Ice cream bars were generally ten cents. Something with flair, such as a toasted almond, cost fifteen cents. A cup of ice milk would cost ten cents, and was as much fun to get all over your face as it was to eat it.
    Long, long ago.
