    Methinks Tatulli is a bigger nerd than his alter ego, Dean.

    The Hobbit is released in Aus only on Boxing Day (26 Dec) – the start of the big summer holiday movie season here (a bit like Independence Day in USA, maybe),

    One thing is perfectly clear – Dean has a death wish.

    @Chicago Insurgent

    It’s the book that started it all.

    See the movie, and maybe you’ll find out.
    Better yet, read the book. Then you truly will find out.

    What I know about Boxing Day (as a yank ) it is nothing like independence day here in the colonies !

    Funny, Canada has had Boxing Day for years. It’s when smart people do their Christmas shopping. Fortunately to avoid the huge lines at some stores, many chains now having Boxing WEEK so that you don’t have to scramble to go everywhere in one day.

    I’m one of those people who have never liked Tolkien. I tried to read the Hobbit at least 4 times and can never get past the third chapter before I get bored and give up. I’ve never seen the LOTR movies and have no plans to see this one either.

    I am so ridiculously bored with this plot line but I have learned the lazy manipulative Tatulli doesn’t give a good goddamn what you or I think, dramac. Otherwise he wound;’t tease, stretch, and abuse ideas (and his audience).
