Read the book first. A Baggins on an adventure? Only one of them will do it.

The Hobbit was the first book of the series that I read and enjoyed.Bought ( in late 70’s)the other 3 and could finish any of them .

I hope New Line Cinema’s prequel will do as well as they hope. For me, three was quite enough; and I find it difficult to imagine this one will be their equal, much less their better. .
