   Hey, teach yourself … that one’s not that hard.
   The best food is simple – good ingredients, cooked well. “Fancy” is for people with more money than tastebuds.

    I want a Mrs. Angelini. Anything more complicated than adding pasta to boiling water has me absolutely overwhelmed.
    But hold the salmon please. Seafood and I have been lifelong mortal enemies. Bleargh. (Canned tuna and smothered-in-batter fish [mild!] and chips excluded.)
