    I cant really tell who is who, except for the hair coloring
    especialy in the second panel, there were 2 hearts

    So Heart is going as Dean going as a bride. I’m not sure how that’s better than Heart going as a bride… She should just put on a tutu and pretend she’s Dean pretending he’s Heart! (Which as I recall was my original suggestion…)
